New Features in StatsMix Focus on Customization

Over the past few weeks, a number of new features have been added to StatsMix. Those you’ll see as a user are discussed below, but there’s been equally as many back-end upgrades to make StatsMix work even smoother.

A big theme on this latest set of new features was customization, both for the dashboard as well as the daily emails. We found many users focused on a few critical stats that they wanted to monitor daily, but still have access to everything on the site. Our new customization feature is the first step toward making StatsMix work best for each user’s priorities.

Here are the additions:

  • Customization improvement that allows for each profile and service to be individually selected to be displayed on dashboard. There’s now a checkbox on the new/edit page for each profile and service to allow display on the dashboard.
  • The services that show up on the daily email are now user configurable. Again a new checkbox has been added to the new/edit page for each service.
  • Site wide announcements have been added. If there is an important message regarding StatsMix, you’ll see it on sign in and can easily hide it after reading. The focus here is reaching everyone as unobtrusively as possible when there is an important update.
  • Added “forgot password” functionality to sign in page (oversight on our part as this should have been there already).
  • Added a page for custom metrics – more details on this feature coming soon!

In the future, we’ll try to get a post out when any new feature is added so we don’t have the backlog like you see above. The goal will be to inform our users as soon as possible about anything that will impact their StatsMix usage.
